We are pleased to report that we have completed our data recovery process and that
FULL services are back online now. This includes all member services, video library
access and new video purchases.
The hardware failure and ensuing problems caused for all of us, has prompted us
to move our system into the "cloud environment". Many of you would have heard of
this concept, it will provide us with faster speeds and more redundancy with multiple
backups to independant locations.
ShowNet looks forward to providing our products and services from a more secure
delivery point to all our customers. You can also look forward to our new navigation
and display dashboard coming to you soon.
